I’m an entrepreneur and recovering developer. I am committed to corporate citizenship and believe that business is accountable to employees, customers, shareholders and the community. I am a fan of Waterloo Region, Startups, and Kung-Fu.

By day I’m leading Kiite, makers of an intelligent sales assistant. By night, as a volunteer, I sit on the board of Communitech, the KW Symphony, GTAN, and I volunteer with several other local not for profits.

Previously, among others, I’ve been VP HCM Products at NetSuite, Co-Founder & CEO of TribeHR (acquired by NetSuite), and Director of Digital Media at CIGI. I’m an alumnus of Leadership Waterloo Region and a graduate of the Computer Engineering program at the University of Waterloo.

I have a strong personal focus on entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusion, and corporate social responsibility. I often speak on entrepreneurship, startup management and a variety of more specific topics regarding AI, and CSR. In this blog, I try to share with you a cross section of some of the things that make up a lot of my goals and objectives in life.
